Borjomi Kharagauli National Park

The Borjomi Gorge holds the largest national park in Georgia, rich with mysterious forest landscapes, endemic plant and animal species, and observable populations of endemic big game species.

Lesser Spotted, Middle Spotted, White-backed, Green, and Black Woodpeckers, Goshawk, Peregrine Falcon, Common Crossbill, Common Wood-pigeon, Stock Dove, White-throated Dipper, Winter Wren, Eurasian and Krüper’s Nuthatches, Goldcrest, various warblers and other songbirds. In subalpine and alpine areas, the Golden Eagle is regular.
